What’s the best way to communicate to my customers?
From brochures, to flyers, exhibitions, websites and branding every piece of communication about your business has to be consistent. All of the most successful companies are consistent with their marketing both internally and externally.
Design is a little like fashion or technology, what worked a number of years ago now looks dated, does not work for you and customers are no longer responding to it. Keeping the look and feel, fresh, up-to-date, consistent with the website and other marketing communication is proven to work best. However, the most usual reason for updating brochures and catalogues is because the information in them is out of date!
Do you have experience of designing for my type of business?
We’re an experienced team of five and we’ve been working on design projects for many years (I dislike statements such as “we have a combined experience of 145 years”) and we’re good at what we do. Even if we don’t have direct experience of your business, this experience may mean we have previously worked for a similar business or sector and have seen what has worked and what hasn’t for other clients.
